You can create an ValueRetail account by simply click on the NEW button and completing and submitting all the required information.
We enable shopping by URL, i.e. you copy the URL of the product you want to buy from any store and insert into the space provided on our platform, whether in the “Instant Order” or “Special Order” system. ValueRetail will either automatically generate a shopping cart for you, or send you a Smart Cart (within 30 mins of your completing a Special Order form) for you to make a payment. Delivery of your shopping will be made to the address provided at Checkout.
You can pick up your items from any of our pickup locations around the country. Your selection of pickup locations is provided at checkout.
Regular updates of the status of your order will be sent via email or SMS, from the time of ordering to delivery. The message will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at the time of creating a ValueRetail account.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We provide returns for items which do not work upon delivery or items received but different from what was ordered. In such cases the items will be replaced as soon as possible, or the customer will be refunded with the complete cost of the item. See our Returns Policy for more information on how returns are made.
Every Door-to-Door shipping address used will automatically be saved unto your dashboard. When checking out, the options of address will be displayed for you select from.For pickup locations, you will need to select the state and then select the desired pickup location in that state as we have provided on our platform.
